Q2: How long should I charge the batteries?

If battery is totally empty, it will need to charge 4-6hours depending on the battery size

Q3: How long will the battery last between charges?

This is always tricky to quantify as it depends on various factors. But given average conditions, our 36V 10.4Ah option for example would give around 30-45miles depending on terrain, weight of the cyclist, frequent use of the PAS, number of stops/starts,brake, tire air pressure etc. The different battery spec in our range would give different mileage.

Q4: Are the electrical parts water resistant?

Yes, absolutely. Obviously, we wouldn’t recommend throwing the bike in a swimming pool for example, but it will cope well with natural wet conditions.

Q5: What is your MOQ? Can I mix different items?

Normally is 1-2pcs.Yes, mix order also allowed.

Q6: What is the delivery time for bulk order?

It takes about 10-20 days after receiving the deposit.
